These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the PrimeGlow website, forms, phone services, and related services.

PrimeGlow is a brand operated by Isaac Wood Consulting LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business in Los Angeles, California.

By using PrimeGlow or submitting information through our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. What PrimeGlow Does

PrimeGlow is a marketing website that helps homeowners learn about permanent holiday lighting, architectural lighting, and related home-lighting services.

PrimeGlow may collect project inquiries and connect homeowners with independent local service providers that may be able to assist with their project.

PrimeGlow is not a licensed contractor and does not perform lighting installation or other construction services.

PrimeGlow does not solicit, negotiate, or execute home-improvement contracts on behalf of local providers.

Installation and other contractor services are performed by independent businesses.

2. Requesting a Quote or Consultation

When you submit a quote request, consultation request, callback request, or similar inquiry, you authorize PrimeGlow to use the information you provide to respond to your request.

We may also provide information about your project to an independent local provider that may be able to assist you.

Information may include your name, phone number, email address, property information, ZIP code, lighting preferences, budget, timeline, and other information you choose to provide.

A local provider may contact you about the specific request you submitted.

Submitting a request does not require you to purchase anything.

3. Independent Local Providers

Local service providers are independent businesses and are not employees or agents of PrimeGlow.

Any agreement to purchase products or installation services is between you and the provider.

Payments for installation or contractor services should be made directly to the provider performing those services.

You should independently review a provider's license, insurance, pricing, contract, and warranty before hiring them.

4. Licensing and Insurance

PrimeGlow may describe or advertise access to licensed or insured local providers.

PrimeGlow itself is not a licensed contractor.

Provider licensing and insurance information may change. You should independently confirm a provider's current license, insurance, and qualifications before hiring them.

5. Pricing, Financing, and Availability

Prices, project ranges, financing information, timelines, or other examples displayed by PrimeGlow are for general informational purposes unless clearly stated otherwise.

The independent provider determines final pricing, products, financing options, warranties, scheduling, and availability.

PrimeGlow does not guarantee a particular price, product, financing approval, provider availability, warranty, or installation date.

6. Communications About Your Request

When you provide your contact information and submit a request through PrimeGlow, you authorize PrimeGlow to contact you about that request as allowed by applicable law.

A local provider that receives your project inquiry may also contact you regarding the specific request you submitted, subject to applicable law.

Providing your contact information does not automatically enroll you in recurring marketing text messages.

If PrimeGlow or another business separately offers you the option to receive marketing communications, the consent language presented at that time will explain what you are agreeing to receive.

You may ask PrimeGlow to stop contacting you at any time.

7. Call Recording

Calls with PrimeGlow may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, customer service, or verification purposes.

Where required by law, we will provide notice or obtain consent before recording.

8. Photos, Renderings, and Website Information

PrimeGlow may display photographs, videos, renderings, illustrations, pricing examples, product examples, and other information for general informational or illustrative purposes.

Actual products, pricing, installation methods, availability, and results may vary based on your property and the provider you choose.

PrimeGlow does not guarantee that your property will look exactly like an example shown on our website or advertising.

9. Website Use and Intellectual Property

You agree to use PrimeGlow lawfully.

You may not knowingly provide false information, impersonate another person, submit someone else's information without permission, interfere with our systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use PrimeGlow for unlawful purposes.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request.

The PrimeGlow name, website, branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, and other content are owned by Isaac Wood Consulting LLC or used with permission.

You may not commercially copy, publish, distribute, or use our materials without permission.

10. Third-Party Services

PrimeGlow may use or link to third-party services, including communications providers, analytics platforms, scheduling tools, manufacturers, financing providers, and independent local service providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

PrimeGlow does not control third-party services.

Agreeing to these Terms or our Privacy Policy does not by itself constitute consent to receive recurring marketing text messages.

12. Provider Responsibility and Disclaimer

PrimeGlow does not control how independent providers perform their services.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PrimeGlow and Isaac Wood Consulting LLC are not responsible for an independent provider's workmanship, products, pricing, contracts, warranties, representations, delays, property damage, customer service, or other acts or omissions.

PrimeGlow and its website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Isaac Wood Consulting LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages related to your use of PrimeGlow.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability related to your use of PrimeGlow will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid directly to Isaac Wood Consulting LLC through PrimeGlow during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Where applicable law does not allow a limitation, the limitation applies only to the extent legally permitted.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we do, we will update the Effective Date above.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
